SALTA

SALTA is an open-source temporal segmentation tool designed for analyzing multimodal performances in ecological settings. Unlike systems that rely on specialized or costly equipment, SALTA enables researchers and artists to identify meaningful temporal boundaries using accessible data sources such as audio, video, and motion capture from consumer-grade devices. Its flexible, modular design supports a wide range of performance contexts, making it a practical solution for fieldwork, workshops, and artistic research.
