Segmentation tests

Hello, and thank you for taking the time!

Below these lines you'll find the links for four tests. The tests are meant to evaluate how well the output of our unsupervised segmentation algorithm aligns with the perceptions of a human observer (you ), as part of a research project* at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna.

In a nutshell, after clicking on the links below you will be asked a few questions regarding the structure of a solo dance piece (first experiment) and a solo music performance (second experiment). Each test should take you between 10' and 15' in average. Please read carefully the provided instructions and answer accordingly.

First test: dance

This is the first test, a solo dance performance (ca. ~4 min.)

|→ Take FIRST TEST (dance)

Second test: music

This is the second test, a saxophone performance with live electronics (ca. ~7 min.)

|→ Take SECOND TEST (music )

Third test: duo

This is the third test, a duo between a cello and a dancer (ca. ~4 min.)

|→ Take THIRD TEST (duo )

Fourth test: trio

This is the last test, a duo between a cello and a dancer (ca. ~1.5 min.)

|→ Take FOURTH TEST (trio )

Thank you very much for your collaboration!
